- Patients who have access to our Patient Portal may request refills online
- All others should contact their pharmacy to send a refill request to Thirlby Clinic
- Please allow 48 hours for your request to be completed
Help Us Help You
- Bring all of your medication bottles to each visit
- We recommend you choose only one local pharmacy and one mail order pharmacy
- Please let us know if your preferred local pharmacy or mail order pharmacy has changed (such as with a change in your insurance)
- If you are on a controlled substance, please pay extra attention to your supplies and contact us early for refills
